OK so I know that "titres subordonnés à durée indéterminée" are "perpetual floating-rate notes" (Eurodic and elsewhere) but can anyone confirm whether "titres subordonnés à durée déterminée" are "short-term floating rate notes"?

I checked on statcan.ca and it said that "Titres subordonnes" was translated as Subordinated notes...and "a duree determinee" is Fixed term.
