Procéder à la saisie en copie et par voie de description et au besoin en prenant copie, photocopie ou photographie, en 3 exemplaires, un exemplaire devant être déposé au greffe du Tribunal compétent, un exemplaire devant être annexé au procès-verbal de saisie et le dernier exemplaire remis à la partie requérante.

I know "photocopie" normally can just be translated as "copy", but not sure how are they distinguishing "photocopie" from "copie" here.
