French term or phrase: à la lumière de
This comes from the same mock letter as before.

"De plus, vous démontrez une motivation à poursuivre l'amélioration de votre autonomie ... L'équipe a analysé votre demande à la lumière des nouvelles informations et constats."

Going by context, I came across three possible options:

"You were also motivated to continue improving your independence... Your application was analysed based on (in light of/in the context of new information and new assessments."

I was thinking that the first option, "based on", can work in this context. However, I came across two other options in parentheses. As a translator, which of these options would you select? Or do you have other suggestions?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you as always.

Thank you!
