This document is dealing with the co-ownership of a property, and the outstanding amounts owed by one of the parties. They have inserted a section of a bank statement to show what payments have and have not been made. Two of the entries under the heading 'Libellé du mouvement" are:

APPEL TVX MACONNERIE with the debited amount in the next column.

would this be "outstanding payment made to ..." ?

Not sure if TVX stands for 'transaction' or similar, or if it is the name of a company "TVX Maconnerie"

An idea...
The reference I provide is about co-owners jargon in French, in English it seems less codified so I suggest simple English 'deposit request'
The fact that such deposit has remained unpaid has already been specified so it should work - just like 'appel' in French

this allows the use of '+' or '-' signs in the debit/credit columns, which the word 'payment' does not...
i.e. deposit request + €1,000.00 ( or - €1,000.00 if outstanding)
