Priere d'informer le Comite National pour la Francophonie des noms et fonctions des collaborateurs qui pourront assister a cette ceremonie (aupres de leurs Excellences les Ambassadeurs).
L'entree sera strictment sur invitation.

Dear Colleagues,
I need your assistance please in proofreading the above sentence. Is my translation correct?

Kindly inform the National Committee of the Francophonie of the names and functions of collaborators who will be able to assist in this ceremony (together with their Excellencies the Ambassadors).
Entry shall strictly be given to invitation holders.

I'm afraid that there are rather a lot of errors in your translation. KudoZ is only meant for asking about single terms, not for revising an entire paragraph. Note that "collaborateurs" and "collaborators", "assister" and "assist" are false friends.
