French term or phrase: intérêt de la parole
Can you please help me on this sentence? it is part of an intership's thesis (from my niece who soon will become a nurse).

My attempt is: I am therefore interested in the particular advantage of TALKING (?)....

Thanks a lot!

the value of the spoken word
Explanation:
This seems a closer rendering of 'parole'; 'talking' could be said to be subsumed under 'échanges'/'exchanges' (which follows).
