I'm confused about the occurrence of "protocol" with "accord transactionnel". Transaction agreement protocol gets no google hits. "accord transactionnel" is obviously a transaction agreement and "protocol d'accord" is a memorandum of understanding, according to IATE. Slightly confusing...
