French term or phrase: défaut d'exercise
Good aqfternoon/evening,

I am stuck with this seemingly easy term within the following context.

I came up with 'fiscal year breach', but am sure it is not right.
Thanks in advance for all your great help as usual.

-> Many thanks Phil. I neither understand why his identical answer gets more votes than mine, posted five minutes after my answer, but as long as the Asker is provided with the correct translation; that is the main objective at the end of the day.
