I don't suppose this is the same as a dedicated platform?

One of this IT company's responsibilities ( it has been hired by a fast food chain) is:

Mise en place d'un plateau dédié hébergé sur le site de XXXX de YYYY, pour assurer le support Helpdesk et les prises de main à distance, ainsi que les mises à jour des logiciels.
