- Allumage de la vérine en orange clignotant.

This is something on a control panel/console which operates a system to carry out automated tests on dialysis bags.

It also occurs in the following sentence:
"En complément de l’afficheur, l’appareil est muni d’une vérine."

Explanation:
I think it is just a typo for 'verrine', the spelling with which I am more familiar, at least.

It is often used to refer to the kind of illuminated indicator that sticks out from the surface (like an inverted jam-jar!) — sometimes this will specifically be a type of 'beacon' (cf. police rotary flashing lights, and other similar things used in an industrial context).

However, such devices are probably rare on computer equipment, and I have not infrequently come across the term used more generally (less precisely?) to mean almost any kind of illluminated indicator (more properly, a 'voyant' or 'témoin'). So unless you have more context that will help you to identify the actual type more closely, I'd stick with the very general 'indicator' which at least can't be wrong...

agree  Bourth (X): In principle the "verrine" is the coloured "cap" over a bulb-type indicator light, isn't it? Maybe it would be important to distinguish this from other types (LEDs) if the system has them.
