L'entente pourrait être toute trouvée this may/might be it for the(ir) agreement/ understanding Explanation: toute here serves as an adverb, with the meaning of completely. Hope that helps |

one possibility... Explanation: if they are talking about politics and about a political agreement, they might be saying "the agreement could as good as find itself" or "reaching agreement would be child's play" or the agreement could be there staring them in the face".... I could go on... The problem is that, without the rest of the sentence, all this is shots in the dark and may probably look ridiculous in relation to the rest of the text. So... please give us the whole sentence or at least the context. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2004-07-05 06:25:14 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- All it means is that THE/AN AGREEMENT COULD BE AS GOOD AS FOUND but, again, more context and you would get a better answer |
