French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / property lease
French term or phrase:aux conditions habitue droit
(Unfortunately i think there is text missing from this paragraph, but it literally reads:)
Conformément aux dispositions de l'article 1 de la loi numéro 66-455-4...le BAILLEUR PRENEUR de lui vendre l'immeuble, objet des présentes, aux conditions habitue droit, et notamment dans son état de consistance au jour de la vente.
I've had a quick search for the particular law mentioned, but drew a blank. The only phrase that keeps popping into my head is "legally habitable conditions", but I'm not sure where I got that from!
Well, it certainly looks as if something is missing after ...preneur, but my hunch doesn't seem to tie in with habitue...droit, unless the missing text is NOt confined to ends of lines (maybe in some previous formatting!)
That's what i had thought too. Here it is,format reproduced:(// = end of line)
