French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / articles of incorporation
French term or phrase:sur libre
I found a KudoZ response from 2004 saying that "sur libre" means "unofficial copy" but on the other hand Termium tells me "pour expedition" can mean "official copy" so I'm not sure what to do with this phrase, which appears at the end of the articles of incorporation for a company based in Abidjan:
POUR EXPEDITION SUR LIBRE CERTIFIEE CONFORME REALISEE PAR REPROGRAPHIE INTEGRALE DE LA MINUTE CONTENANT LE CAS ECHEANT, LES MEMES RENVOIS ET MOTS NULS.
