French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / French birth certificate
French term or phrase: VD
'VD'. The term VD appears at end of a French full birth certificate (copie integrale d'acte de naissance). Could it be 'version declaree'? VD appears on its own in the sentence. previous sentence is 'sur la declaration du pere qui, lecture faite et invite a lire l'acte, a signe avec Nous..., fonctionnaire municipal a la mairie du seizieme arrondissement de Paris Officier de l'etat-civil par delegation du Maire.VD.' Any ideas? many thanks!!
