French to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Lease Agreement
French term or phrase:procédure de mainlevés
Part of a lease agreement under 'Rent/Expenses/Payment Terms'
Le bailleur est en droit de facturer les frais dûs aux retards des paiements de loyer. En cas de ***procédure de mainlevés,*** le preneur admet le loyer selon la dernière adaptation légale.
The definition given in the dictionary of 'mainlevé' is 'release from a mortgage deed', but I can't see how that fits in here (or am I missing something?).
