French term or phrase: l'acte de dépôt de pièces au rang des minutes
The 'plans' mentioned are drawings showing the parts of a property being sold (before they are built) and feature in the 'acte authentique' (about which much discussion in Proz glossaries!). I have checked the glossary entry relating to 'acte de depot' - but I still can't really get the sense of exactly what is meant by the phrase above. Can anyone help? I imagine 'au rang des minutes' might simply mean 'in the minutes'....?

Qu'en cas de discordance entre les plans ayant fait l'objet de ***l'acte de dépôt de pièces au rang des minutes*** du notaire soussigné, ci-après mentionné, ou ceux annexés à l'état descriptif de division et règlement de copropriété, et les plans et la notice descriptive annexés au présent acte, seul ces derniers prévaudront sans qu'aucune indemnité ne puisse être réclamée du fait de la disparité;
