No this is a trademark licence agreement. It has nothing to do with court action. It's an agreement in which the use of a trademark is granted to a licensee.
litigation? There is no way to know exactly how to translate concluant without more information. It doesn't look like the actual contract...... it looks more like a case before the court. Please explain
