French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general)
French term or phrase: Assignation en Référé Mainlevée
This is the title of a legal document - a summons to an interlocutory hearing to have an attachment order lifted. So I know the meaning of the words, but since this is a title and therefore needs to be succinct, I am not sure how to word it.
