waive rights


Explanation:
This is really difficult without more context or even the whole sentence, but it could be referring to a waiver of rights against the company.

Technically speaking, it is only the body that creates rights that can withdraw them (e.g. the government withdrew broadcasting rights from sky), whereas the right holder itself waives its rights (e.g. the company waived its right to a tax rebate).
