Have a real problem understanding this expression:

"En l'espèce, le Tribunal applique le droit d'office dans le cadre de l'objet du litige (sur cette notion, voir arrêt du TAFA-1635/2015 du 11 avril 2016 consid. 3.1.2). A ce titre, (consid. 2.1 ci-dessus; arrêts du TAFA-1015/2015 du 18août
Page 12 A-1095/2016 2016 consid. 6, A-4232/2013 du 17 décembre 2013 consid. 6.2.4.2 et consid. 6.2.5), la demande précise qu'elle concerne la période allant du 1er avril 1995 au 31 mars 2013, dite *****période ayant d'office*****, et à juste titre été réduite par l'autorité inférieure. Elle a été restreinte aux années fiscales indiennes à compter du 1er avril 2011jusqu'au 31 mars 2013. Dès lors, demeure litigieuse la transmission d'informations pour cette période."

So far I've drawn a blank. Not even a guess. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
