How about: "...in compliance with the provisions of the present instrument [or "document"]...," Explanation: and rearranging the sentence so that it reads "In compliance with the provisions of the present instrument/document, X now and henceforth grants to Z the subsidiary rights relating to Y, solely for the following products:..." Sounds like a copyright assignment, addressing sub rights such as the serialization, film versions, etc. of a book. Cheers, HC |
