Help! I can't find this anywhere and I have to get it in the post...

In an "assignation". The plaintiff wants the court to order the defendant to pay expenses of xxx, "dont distraction au bénéfice de Mâître XXX, avocat aux offres de droit". I don't actually know what this lawyer does, let alone how to translate it... Thanks in advance
