Clara
English translation:divorce order (English law) ; decree of dissolution (State of Mass. US)
Explanation:
In England & Wales, section 2 of the FAMILY LAW ACT 1996 introduced what that section refers to as a "divorce order", replacing the former decree nisi / absolute. (Result of lots of pressure on the Gvt to modernise & facilitate divorce).

In the US (or the state of Mass. at least, you can probably rely on this dictionary : www.divorcenet.com/dictionary.html

It has been complied by a couple of Mass. lawyers. The terms there are : divorce decree, decree of dissolution, judgment of divorce, defined as "the court's final judgment" freeing the individuals to remarry should they so wish.

I have no idea whether the above US terms are applicable to toher states but if you are looking for a particular state, then this may well be a pointer in the right direction.

Otherwise, the only English (England & Wales) term is "divorce order".

Using the English example,

"I [hereby] certify that the marriage celebrated/solemnised between CG and MB in St Catalina on 2nd January 1982 was dissolve by court order (Family Law Division) with effect from 1st October 1985".
