French to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents
French term or phrase:chute
I am finished the translation but I am not happy with the work "fall" that I have used for 'chute. The sentence is -
'le profilé d'acier est emmanché dans les rails en métal léger et qu'en outre, en sécurité à l'egard d'une chute hours de rail, il y est maintenu en butée.
Could dislodge or detach be a better way of saying this?
Any help would be appreciated.
