Part of a legal contract between a large telecoms provider and a supplier. The sentence it relates to is:

"Le client disposera d'un delai de 7 jours a compter de l'envoi de cet Avis de Mise a Disposition de faire part de ses reserves par ecrit a X."

Thanks for your help - I have no idea how to translate this bit!
