French term or phrase: résistance abusive et troubles et tracas inutiles
I am translating a judgment which has beem made in favour of X under the terms of which, Y has been ordered to pay XXX and a further XXX in respect of damages for "résistance abusive & troubles & tracas inutiles".

I understand that this order has been made as a penalty against Y for his obstructive attitude but need a nice neat way of saying it.

Any ideas?

... though "obstructive attitude" seems to cover the lot and is much neater!

Thank you both. I went for "unreasonable obstruction and interference" as I think that covers all. English law makes great use of "unreasonable" so I was inspired by that. Thanks again, Nikki
