Explanation:
After having seen Louise's answer, yes, she is right to inlcude "attorney". In the English legalese, then a "power of attorney" is someone in whom a certain power has been vested, he/she acts for another person. That person is the "attorney". Nothing at all to do with the US meaning of "attorney" for 'lawyer, nor indeed the Attorney General.

Without more context as to the specific powers which have been vested in the "mandataire", then difficult to make a choice. Bear in mind, however, that where a power to execute a deed (document under seal) has been made over, then that power itself can only be vested in a person by deed, in which case, the representative is generally referred to as an "attorney".
