I don't think you need the bracketed first part, above, and I am guessing what the nominalized "concluante" refers to. A conclusive decision/paragraph/section? It looks to me like "is to be duly entered" ought to cover that phrase.

As we discussed privately, "la concluante" actually refers to one of the parties (in this case, the plaintiff, though I still have not been able to ascertain the correct translation of the term). I finally translated this sentence as "The plaintiff adds to the arguments an action for trademark infringement served on December 20."
