...hereinafter referred to as "the Producer," party of the second part...
Explanation:
In the introductory sections of contracts, in which the individuals or organizations entering into the contract are identified, standard Anglo-American legal language refers to them as the "party of the first part," "party of the second part," and so on, in the order in which they appear.

In your case, the Producerappears to be the second party named. ( However, if the Producer is in fact the third party named, it would be the "party of the third part.") The great majority of contracts involve only two parties...

Cheers,
HC

the producer

Explanation:
"hereinfater referred to as the Producer"

In GB English contracts, parties are often introduced quite simply by "hereinafter referred to as Y" without the need to add any equivalent of the set French formula "d'une part.../...d'autre part".

The parties are identified clearly, why add more? Sometimes, not translating what is there amounts does not to an ommission, although a client may not always be convinced.

"the producer of the other part"

Explanation:
As explained in response to your other request, I think that the proper expression would be "the publisher, of the one part, and the producer, of the other part".

Please, refer to my other posting for references.
