French term or phrase: Legal terms
Text is about a dispute surrounding an amount of money and conclusions drawn from the evidence for the court to consider: I am having trouble with the following terms:
"la concluante" - sentence is "La concluante ne peut laisser sans réponse les développements aussi bien factuel que juridique de Mr. X. dans ses derniers écrits.
"A titre principal" - sentence is "A titre principal, Mr. X. sollicite l’autorisation d’appeler en la cause et en garantie notamment Mr. Y. et Mr. Z."
"appel en cause et en garantie" - sentence is "il fonde sa demande d’appel en cause et en garantie sur l’argument en vertu duquel il s’est engagé personnellement envers la concluante..."
"documents verses aux debats" - sentence is "il convient de le renvoyer à une meilleure lecture des documents versés aux débats"
"A titre infiniment subsidiare" - sentence is "A titre infiniment subsidiaire, Mr. X. sollicite encore l’application de la Loi monégasque : il ne saurait être suivi, le fond du litige devant être soumis au droit anglais en ce que les obligations ont été contractées en Grande-Bretagne et devaient y être exécutées"

Explanation:
the Proz site is in the process of putting together a major terminological database. It is much easier to find one's way around things if you ask just one term per question, even though it is a bit of a pain to enter each one individually when you have a fair old list!
