My translation: In accordance with the avoidance clause, the Purchaser shall register ... shares in XXX and pledge the said shares to the Seller as collateral to guarantee restitution of the securities which are the object of this Contract and any new shares which may be attributed free-of-charge to the said shares or to the shares that would replace the said shares in the event of a regrouping or redivision of the shareholdings.
