French term or phrase: déclaration préalable à l'embauche
ref. French employment contracts
Helen
English translation:notice of hiring
Explanation:
French companies must report to the URSSAF all their hiring activity within (I believe) two days. This is done by filling a form called "déclaration préalable à l'embauche". I don't know of any similar forms in an English-speaking country. I think you may have to improvise. I suggest "notice of hiring".

Cheers,

Béa

declaration prior to hiring

Explanation:
Other people have explained well the policy of the French government in regard to hiring. (You may read the details of it on the website below.) This is just another suggestion for a translation.
