French term or phrase: note d'urbanisme
This is obviously a report relating to town planning regulations about a particular property. Is there a neat translation?

English translation:town planning OR zoning status report
Explanation:
An abbreviated extract from the records, indicating that in theory planning permission MAY be obtainable for a given property

'memorandum', as Parrot so rightly says, is the proper term --- but personally, I don't think it conveys the idea at all well

As for 'town planning' --- well, this always sems so silly to me when applied to rural properties, personally I prefer 'zoning', even though it does have a rather transatlantic ring to it!

In all cases with these specific terms, I prefer to keep the original, and explain the function of it as a translator's note

good luck!
