priest, custodian of State registers Explanation: (of births, marriages and deaths) Only really a variation on nikscot's answer, with more emphasis on the fact he keeps the records than the fact that he fills in the forms!. If it follows the signature, you could put it like this. But I think it's important to put in the fact that the person is both priest and official registrar as this may need confirming for readers from certain countries. Have fun own experience |
