French term or phrase: Domicilié aupres de la banque
This phrase appears on a contract under the heading domiciliation bancaire. I am not sure what is meant by this and would be grateful for any clarification! 'Le présent marché sera domicilié pour le prestataire aupres de la banque'
English translation:domiciled
Explanation:
In these kinds of contract an "address for service" is chosen by the parties, where notices can be served on them. It is unusual for a contract itself to have such address, so I think you can safely use "domiciled", or its "legal address."

at the bank

Explanation:
The word "aupres" has a slightly different meaning in business usage: "at," rather than "near" or "close to."

Here, for the purposes of the "prestataire," the contract or agreement ("marché" -- which is not a "market") will be domiciled at the bank.

In business and legal usage, "domicile" refers specifically to the official address or place of residence, often for tax purposes or for receiving formal notices, communications, and mail. It has nothing to do with the actual physical location of the individual or entity. (For instance, for legal purposes, you might "elect as your domicile" your attorney's offices.)

The usual translation of "domiciliation bancaire" is "domiciliation at the bank."

"Prestataire" is another tricky term. It can refer to the individual who receives a benefit (such as a loan) or an allowance, or to the person or entity that provides a service (usually in the phrase "prestataire de service," or "service provider").

Your context should indicate which meaning is appropriate.

Hope this helps a little!

"The (payments deriving from the ) present contract shall be

Explanation:
domiciled at the bank..."
In this clause the service provider gives instructions on how he is to be paid, i.e., through a standing transfer order made at the client's bank in response to all receipts issued by the provider's bank.

address for payment

Explanation:
"Le présent marché sera domicilié pour le prestataire aupres de la banque X"

Suggested translations :

"The address for payments in respect of this contract will be at XXX (name of the bank)"

"All payments under this contract are to be made into account n° 123 at the XXX branch of YYY (name of bank)" - for example, if this information follows on in your text. You should get the idea from this.

Further, I am based in France and my headed paper indicates my bank details (Name of bank, address, IBAN N°, bank sort code and so on) along with a whoel load of other administrative details, as follows :

SIRET : 123XYZ
Code APE : 748 F
Domiciliation bancaire : Bank name, branch, address, accoutn number.

This is very common practice here, unusual in the UK. Loosely translated it means « bank details » and if its to be useful at all, it should enable anyone who wants to be able to make a payment into your account - nice idea!

You might find the example on this site useful. Administrative Information Services of the European Organization for Nuclear Research, you will see that in the handling of suppliers and third party payments, an explanation of your term is provided in an appropriate context. It is associated to an address for payment.
