XXX se porte fort du respect par le Fournisseur de toutes ses obligations au titre du Contrat et des Commandes. Le Client, de son côté, se porte fort du respect par les Bénéficiaires de toutes leurs obligations au titre du Contrat et des Commandes.


C'est peut-être parce que ça fait plusieurs jours que je suis dessus et que je n'y vois plus très clair, mais j'ai du mal à formuler une phrase équivalente en anglais...

Serait-ce peut-être 'to vouch for' ?

Ne pas confondre avec "guaranty" soit une garantie.
tout comme il y a.
Guarantor( coté client) and Guarantee (cote fournisseur)
Ou peut etre l'inverse? A vous de voir.
