French term or phrase:livre des procedures fiscales
as in "en vertu des articles X et Y du livre..."
I know what it means, but have't found the proper wording in English - I thought something like tax codes, but then the French would have used "code fiscal".
Something like "Tax procedure manual"???
Explanation: In this case, I would not refer to the tax code: As you said, that is a very speicfic document, to which the author would have referred if that is what
(s)he meant. I propose that "Taxation" might be a bit less awkward here thatn "Tax" in front of the word "Procedures."
