English translation:application for shares entitling the holder to ...
Explanation:
the enjoyment or ownership of residential property, or the sale of unbuilt property, or the beneficial leasing of real property.

The suggestion of the word "beneficial" is speculative, in view of the entry under "accession" in the Council of Europe Legal Dictionary, as follows:

ACCESSION
- DROIT d'accession - right of the owner of property to all it produces and everything which becomes united to it, i.e. (1) all produce (periodical or other), (2) in the case of ownership of the surface, all that lies above or below it, (3) everything that becomes incorporated in it, (4) water springing from or flowing over the soil; right of accession or accretion.

the application of interested parties for usufruct or ownership

Explanation:
of residential property, or for the sale of buildings to be constructed, or for lease-access to the real estate". This could be improved, but in essence it is a kind of reservation of rights.

disagree  Gillian Hargreaves: mmm... not sure where "interested parties" comes in - "parts" means "shares".

Explanation:
Donner vocation à (syn. avoir vocation à/pour ?) = give authority to

habitation = (here) dwelling, living accommodation

Location-accession à la propriété immobilière = rent-to-own, renting to acquire property -the sort of thing done through some housing associations in the UK)

In acordance with article L. 271-1 of the French building and housing legislation, where there is a private agreement relating to the construction or the acquisition of a building to be used as living accommodation, the allocation of shares granting entitlement to enjoyment or title to the property or the sale of buildings yet to be built or rental-to-purchase homeownership, non-professional purchasers shall have the right to withdraw within a period of 7 days, starting from the day after written notice has been presented (received ?).
