French term or phrase: Appel de garantie
Le present contrat est soumis au droit francais et il est fait attribution expresse de jurisdiction au tribunal de commerce de Paris pour connaitre de toutes les difficultes ou contestations de quelque nature qu'elles soient resultant de ce contrat et ce, meme en cas de pluralite de defendeurs et d'appel en garantie". Also can anyone provide a pithy translation for "Bon pour accord", i.e. ehat is often written before a signature on a contract. Thanks!
