French term or phrase: Maintien du salaire (LISS + RP)
This is the continued salary paid in case of industrial injury. Does anybody know what LISS and RP are?

English translation:preservation of salary ( with contrib's to the SS ceiling + AD&D/long-term disability fund)
Explanation:
This refers to the right to maintain one's salary with standard benefits accorded to management personnel in France, that is contributions on retirement and disabiilty benefits, to provide coverage that supplements standard social security benefits.

I did not find the exact reference for the terms included in LISS, but I am fairly sure that it refers to the ceiling/limits established by the Social Security system. There is some discussion in:
Dictionnaire des Ressources Humaines français-anglais (ed by James, James, and Tirard).

RP is definitely the Régime de prévoyance (which can be translated as a contingency or welfare fund) and is comparable to an accidental death and disability insurance AD&D) in the US.

Together these items in parentheses refer to standard parts of the retirement/pension benefits scheme in France for management personnel. These are well outlined in the dictionary cited above, pp. 204.

Other sources: On RP: Dictionnaire des ressources humaines français-anglais; and Insurance company materials of the MAAF Assurances et AG2R insurance companies;Robert Collins Dictionnaire du Management

? Indemnité de Securité Sociale

Explanation:
I think that`s the ISS part, but I can`t recall what the L stands for (à long terme?). So it would be a long term injury benefit I know there`s also Indemnité Journalière de Sec. Soc. (IJSS), for example.
