French term or phrase: ouvrages de viabilité
This is in a description of what is covered by a guarantee for a building. The guarantee covers damage to parts of the building but only if these parts form an indissociable part of the following:
I am also struggling with the translation of the rest of the sentence.
TIA

English translation:servicing work
Explanation:
Depending on how the rest of your paragraph is phrased, the following may help :

"of servicing, foundation, structural, enclosures, or roofing work ».

1 – www.granddictionnaire.com

viabiliser v.

viabilisation n. f. = development of a building site : Déf.

= development of site (Syn. land development, servicing of land)
Note :
« ouvrages de viabilité » : servicing work

« de fondation » : foundation work

« ossature » : structural work (in the widest meaning of the word, perhaps erroneously, as "ossature" covesr work, structure and construction - Dico Archi & COnstruction, Forbes, LAvoisier)

« clos » : fencing, barriers etc

« couvert » : roof covering
