Funny..I came back to this because it was really bothering me..and of course, I realized my mistake...

one has to complete the underlying conceptual elipsis to translate this..I think this is a great example of where one\'s reading, work and real life experience makes all the difference ....

thanks for the input - in the end I took a completely different tack and cut the slogan down to two words - nurturing talent - because this is an agricultural region and a lot of the text talks about nature - natural resources, nurtured by a dynamic (!) CCI... thanks again for your help
