From a presentation about the importance of HSE issues in manufacturing.
"The administrative situation is known and healthy" sounds a bit odd to me; perhaps I am not thinking very clearly, but I do not really understand what point they are making here, in this context of a factory's external image being improved. Can anyone clarify?
It may seem as if I'm going off at a tangent, but bear with me! From the context, it seems that the 'connue' is not 'known' but 'made known' i.e. declared. I also think the 'situation administrative saine' means being in line with regulations. So my conclusion is that proof of their compliance with health and safety regulations is shown in the factory. Maybe in the form of certificates posted on notice boards for visitors to see. What does anyone else think?
