In a list of controls regarding the making of envelopes, they are giving tolerance levels. For example, in the positioning of the window, the tolerance is +/- 1mm.
HT is hors tolérances (clearly stated). DT is min. 1mm, max. 3mm. Could DT mean "dans les tolérances"? If so, what do you make of DT BOWE?

agree  Tony M: Yes, it's sometimes used this way when the tolerance is 'asymmetrical', i.e. cannot be expressed simply as +/- x
