French term or phrase: effets de synergie
I am unable to get the general meaning of this senetence on team management practices:
Système à la fois humain et opérationnel, une équipe présente de véritables effets de synergie dès que l'on sait en utiliser les ressorts dynamiques.
Bharg Shah
English translation:synergies = combined actions that increase each other's effectiveness,
Explanation:
often expressed as "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts."

As for the actual French text, ye gods. My sympathies…

Literally: "System both human and operational, a team displays true synergistic effects as soon as one knows how to utilize its dynamic motivations…"

Approximate equivalent, in American marketing-speak: "With the implementation of a system that has both human and operational aspects, the team achieves true synergistic results as soon as it leans how to harness its dynamic resources…"

which I take to mean that people can do good work together when they make the effort.

synergies

Explanation:
it's Newspeak; I have seen "synergies" in English.
Synergy in the sense of simultaneous action of the elements, which thereby heightens effect produced by the whole.
