French term or phrase: siglages
these are found on clothes
GHC
English translation:logo
Explanation:
The word siglage seems to be taken here as the same meaning as sigle, which is often translated as logo, even though, according to my dictionary, it should really mean "initials" (such as for instance "U.N.E.S.C.O") From what I understand, "siglage" really means "use of the corporate name" One site quotes: "C'est le distributeur du film,
Metropolitan Film Export, qui a demandé le sigle Amnesty et l'a obtenu,
après projection devant commission (...) Amnesty France précise que ce siglage ne doit en rien être perçu «comme un soutien à la qualité
artistique ou au message du film»"

In view of all this, I would still translate the word "siglage" with "logo".

monograms?

Explanation:
I'm not familiar with the word siglages, but if it's related to sigle maybe this means initials or an acronym monogrammed onto a shirt? Of course the word monogramme exists, too...
