Laundry detergent.
I'm looking for the name of the balls that you put the detergent into and that go directly into the machine. Anyone know what they are called in English?

detergent dispenser

Explanation:
I don't know about the balls but the container where you place the detergent and that slides into the machine or is part of the machine cover is called a detergent dispenser. See links for washing machine parts.
