Hello,

"Les emballages des conditionnements terminaux destinés à la vente sont en plastique recyclables."

This comes under heading "Méthodes de traitement des déchets" in a safety data sheet for a cosmetic product

I don't really get what they mean by "terminaux" here, the product contained in this conditionnement is a cosmetic cream, so I'm supposing it's the plastic tub/bottle the cream comes in, I'm presuming "emballage" is the outer wrapping or box which gets thrown away and the "conditionnement terminal" is that which is only disposed of when the user has finished his cream/lotion.

I've put: "The packaging of the actual product for sale is made from recyclable plastic." this is really vague.

So I think they are talking about the film outer packaging of the box containing the pot/tub/bottle ...
