French term or phrase: Sur-plateau
This is in a document describing different machining centres, it is just stated twice in a list of features with no details or hints on what it actually is. Does anyone know what it means?
Here is an example in a description of positive and negative aspects of one of the machines:

Positif:
Montant mobile
guidage hydrostatique hors W
Potence

Négatif: structure mécano-soudée
plateau avec zone perdue au centre (Diam.
2m)
Plateau 5m et Sur plateau de 11m
Techno tete d'usinage datée et sous traitée

Nacelle non acceptable
