Il y a fracture écrasement du rebord antérieur de L2. [....]Ces fractures n'existaient pas sur un radiographie du poumon effectuée en 1997. Il y a aussi une ostéophytose étagée modérée ainsi qu'une discarthrose importante en L4-L5. A noter que la perte de hauteur du rebord antérieur de L2 est de près de 50%. Le **mur postérieur** est préservé en L2.
